As all of our pieces are natural and handmade to order, all sales are considered final and we are unable to accept returns. However, we understand that accidents can happen. Reasons that you may be eligible for a replacement include (1) the wrong item was delivered, (2) the item arrived damaged, or (3) if the package was lost.
